Heli Dash
Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 August 2026
These terms are a contract between you and PowerStack Labs, operated by Gökhan Aksoy ("we", "us"), the publisher of Heli Dash. By playing the game you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't play.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old. Heli Dash is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only play with a parent or guardian's permission, and they accept these terms on your behalf.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play Heli Dash on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the game, except where the law says you can regardless of this clause.
3. Advertising
Heli Dash is free and paid for by advertising. By playing, you accept that ads will be shown, including full-screen ads between runs and optional rewarded videos you choose to watch. How that works, what data it involves, and how to turn personalised advertising off is set out in the privacy policy.
4. Purchases
Heli Dash offers Remove Ads, a one-time purchase that permanently removes interstitial and banner advertising. Optional rewarded video remains available, because it is something you choose to watch in exchange for a benefit in the game.
- All purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. We never see or handle your payment details.
- The purchase is tied to your store account. You can restore it on a new device through the store's own restore mechanism.
- Refunds are handled by the store, under Apple's or Google's refund policies. We cannot issue refunds ourselves. Contact us anyway if something went wrong — we will help you sort it out with them.
- In-game scrap and upgrade levels have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, or exchanged for money, and are lost if you uninstall the game.
5. Your progress
Your best distance, scrap and upgrades are stored on your device only. There is no account and no cloud save, so progress does not transfer between devices and does not survive uninstalling. We hold no copy and cannot restore it. This is the direct consequence of the game collecting nothing about you, and we would rather be plain about the trade than pretend otherwise.
6. Rules of use
Don't:
- modify the game, use cheats, or tamper with stored data to gain an advantage;
- use automated tools, emulator farms, or any method to generate fake ad impressions;
- attempt to obtain the Remove Ads entitlement without paying for it;
- interfere with the game's operation or the systems of our ad partners.
Ad fraud in particular harms our ability to keep the game free. We may stop serving ads to, or withdraw access from, a device we reasonably believe is doing it.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue Heli Dash at any time, including changing how ads are paced or how abilities behave. We may also stop distributing the game entirely. If we withdraw it, purchases already made are not refunded by us — see section 4.
8. No warranty
Heli Dash is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that ads will always be available to serve.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost progress, lost purchases, or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to £50 or the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all statutory rights your local law gives you.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continuing to play Heli Dash after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also bring proceedings in your own country.
